• We do not provide a studio service or a mixing service.
• We do stem mastering.
• We do vinyl masters.
• We master singles, EPs, and albums.
• Our masters are suitable for distribution on streaming services.
• Our masters are suitable for writing to CD-ROMs.
• We can master a wide variety of genres ranging from singer/songwriter to metal.
• We have a well-defined mastering process, but, within this framework, we custom master each song manually.
• We can deliver your master to you typically within a day or two.
• We will often provide feedback to help you improve your mixing for mastering.

Our Promise

When you order a master from Crickets Mastering:

     We promise to deliver a master that you are happy with.

If you're not happy with your master, we will remaster it, at no extra charge, in accordance with your feedback, again and again, until you are happy with your master. In most cases, our customers are delighted with the first master we produce for them, but sometimes they request a revision. Here are some reasons why this can happen:

• The customer wants a different style of mastering to the one we have performed.
• The customer wants a different sound from the one we have created.
• The customer wants their master to sound closer to a particular reference.
• We made a mistake!

We will remaster your song until you are happy.

Note: However, like any mastering service, we cannot fix significant problems in the mix.
